The CF56G DuPont™ Tychem® 6000 F Plus coverall is Category III chemical protective clothing certified to Types 3-B, 4-B, 5-B and 6-B in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
It provides excellent resistance to permeation by a wide range of chemicals. It helps protect the wearer against many toxic industrial organic chemicals, highly concentrated inorganic chemicals, including those under pressure, particles, biological hazards and certain chemical warfare agents.
The coverall features a hood with elastic around the face, together with an elasticated waist and ankles for an optimal fit.
It has a double-cuff system comprising elasticated outer cuffs and knitted inner cuffs. Integrated thumb loops prevent the sleeves from riding up during use.
The front-entry design features a double zip fastening protected by a double flap. The outer flap is fitted with adhesive tape. Its sewn and over-taped seams provide a barrier equivalent to that of the garment.
The CF56G Tychem® 6000 F Plus complies with EN 14126 for protection against infective agents, EN 1073-2 for protection against radioactive particle contamination and EN 1149-5 for antistatic properties.
It is particularly suitable for chemical spill clean-up, emergency response and petrochemical applications. The suitability of the garment must always be checked against the chemical involved and the actual conditions of use.
