CT22 DuPont™ Tyvek® 500 Xpert White Coverall – Category III PPE, Types 5-B and 6-B

The white CT22 DuPont™ Tyvek® 500 Xpert coverall is Category III chemical protective clothing, certified to Types 5-B and 6-B in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425.

Robust and lightweight, it provides an excellent barrier against fibres and fine particles down to 1 micron. It also repels water-based aerosols and liquids while remaining permeable to air and water vapour for good breathability.

Its ergonomic design and generous crotch area support freedom of movement during use. The three-piece elasticated hood is designed to maintain a suitable fit when the wearer moves their head.

The coverall features elastic around the face, wrists and ankles, together with a glued-in elasticated waist. It has an auto-lock zip with a large puller for easy handling and a protective flap. Its external seams are stitched.

Its optimised design helps to provide very low inward leakage. The coverall also has antistatic properties in accordance with EN 1149-5.

The CT22 Tyvek® 500 Xpert complies with EN 14126 for protection against infective agents and EN 1073-2 for protection against radioactive particle contamination. 

It is suitable for applications including pharmaceutical handling, chemical processing, industrial maintenance and cleaning, the automotive industry and spray painting. It can also be used in GMP cleanrooms classes C and D, corresponding to ISO classes 6 to 9.
